2. The breakthrough

He worked nights and weekends. Made videos about productivity, studying, life as a junior doctor.

4. The systematic approach
Ali didn't just get lucky. He built systems.
He batches his filming. Records multiple videos in one day. Outsources editing. Has a team of 10+ people now.
He treats YouTube like a business, not a hobby. Plans content months ahead. Tests what works. Doubles down on winners.
While working as a doctor, he figured out how to create content in 5-10 hours per week.
5. My take
Ali cracked the code on something most entrepreneurs get wrong.
You don't have to bet everything on your side business. You can build systematically while keeping your main income.
He went from 0 to 6 million subscribers. From doctor to entrepreneur. But he didn't do it overnight.
