Hey, {{first name | friend}}!

I've been having weird conversations lately.

Every founder I talk to is obsessed with the same thing. And it's not what you'd think.

Six months ago? Everyone was freaking out about AI stealing their jobs.

Now? They're freaking out about their competitors using AI better than them.

Wild shift, right?

Take this guy I met last week.

Runs a content agency. About $200K a year. Nothing crazy, but solid.

Two years ago, he had 8 freelance writers on his roster. Today? Three writers and a bunch of AI tools I can't even pronounce.

His output doubled. Costs dropped by almost half. Clients are way happier because stuff that used to take weeks now takes days.

But here's where it gets interesting. His biggest competition isn't other agencies anymore.

It's his own clients realizing they can just buy the same AI tools he's using.

And this is happening everywhere.

The wedding photographer who's now selling "AI photo editing workflows" to other photographers instead of just editing photos.

The bookkeeper who built software that does 80% of what she used to do by hand.

My favorite? This consultant who turned all his advice into a chatbot. Now it answers client questions at 3 AM while he's sleeping.

Here's what's really going on.

AI isn't killing businesses. It's just changing which businesses make sense.

The smart founders aren't fighting this. They're riding the wave.

So what do you do about it?

Simple question: What part of your business could your clients eventually do themselves if they had better tools?

Figure that out. Then help them do it instead of doing it for them.

That content agency guy? He pivoted from "we write your stuff" to "we set up systems and teach your team to write better, faster."

Same expertise. Different package. Better margins.

Bottom line.

Don't fight the robots. Teach people how to work with them.

The next 12-18 months are going to separate the adapters from the stubbornners.

Which one are you?

See ya tomorrow.

The Lithium Boom is Heating Up

Thanks to growing demand, lithium stock prices grew 2X+ from June 2025 to January 2026. $ALB climbed as high as 227%. $LAC hit 151%. $SQM, 159%.

This $1B unicorn’s patented technology can recover 3X more lithium than traditional methods. That’s earned investment from leaders like General Motors.

Now they’re preparing for commercial production just as experts project 5X demand growth by 2040. They’ve announced what could be one of the US’ largest lithium production facilities and have rights to approximately 150,000 lithium-rich acres across North and South America.
